This Diwali, we celebrated a power-packed day of festivities at Square Yards’ Head Office, Gurugram. Like every year, we were dressed to kill – and we discovered so many hidden talents of our team members like dancing, singing, mimicry, poetry as they participated in the “Square Yards Got Talent” programme with full enthusiasm. They let their oodles of quirky ideas and innovative concepts at display in “Bay Decoration” and “Rangoli” competitions where they used mainly eco-friendly materials.
Diwali cannot be complete without a Diwali Carnival, and this year our employees brought in the celebrations to our terrace cafeteria by bringing in lots of fun stalls, selfie booths, games and mouth-watering food.
We maximised on the opportunity and the energy created throughout the day by recognising our star performers in a mega Rewards & Recognition event, held quarterly. Amidst thundering applause, many team members from different departments received Awards of Excellence for their efforts in the respective work domains. With great rejoice and fervour, Square Yards team members cheered for the winners!
