ROF Alante Sector 108, Gurgaon

Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) approved the ROF Alante project in Sector-108, Gurugram for grant of registration. The authority decided that the registration certificate be prepared and declaration by the promoter and DPI be compiled. RERA stipulated that 100% of the sale proceeds shall have to be kept in the RERA account until environment clearance is obtained by the promoter.

ROF Alante, located in Sector 108, Gurugram, has been granted project approval status by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The project's registration number is GGM/381/113/2019/75 dated 09.12.2019.

The allotment of ROF Alante Sector 108 Gurgaon was done by lucky draw system in the presence of HUDA authorities / DTCP Haryana / Town & Country Planning Haryana. The draw was held on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020, from 11:00 AM Onwards at Ramada Gurgaon Central, Haryana.
