Pune Ring Road Eastern extn Gets Green Light :₹10,502 Cr Project

Maharashtra Cabinet Committee has approved the revised cost of ₹10,502.36 crore for the eastern extension of the Pune Ring Road. This 31.805-km controlled-access expressway aims to divert traffic away from Pune city. With 80% of land acquisition complete, the project is slated for completion by June 2029

A total of 12 residential transactions has been registered so far for Aurigaa Mirai, amounting to ₹ 9 Cr till August 2026.
