I have been living here as a tenant in a house with my family. This place is nice and good for
living safety. This is well connected with other parts of the city with all kinds of transport
facilities. This place has all the basic amenities like schools, colleges, banks, ATMs, shops, and local groceries within walking distance. The roads are well maintained with proper street lights and with a parking area.

It is a sprawling luxurious apartment and it covers around 550 sq. ft. located near Colaba . I
love the sea faced rooms which look amazing. I reside on the 3rd floor of the complex and
has nice interiors, which makes it quite distinct.

I do believe that additional basic amenities like parking lots and garden spaces are necessary
to add more greenery. It is possible to construct a gym studio close to the flats, which will

price of the unit is, in my opinion, too high and has to be decreased. To get a better view, the
