It has been growing well as a real estate hotspot due to the availability of transport services. There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.
I have lived on Ghodbunder Road for several years and had a great experience living there. The place has beautiful scenery which is best for evening walks. The growth of public transport is also seen which will also serve as a good means for the people staying there. They have some good restaurants which can be visited for having delightful savors. Also, it is a pollution-free area and is best for senior citizens.
