Sheth Vasant Oasis 1 Bedroom 472 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Andheri East Mumbai

The greenery peaceful spaces with lovely interiors and kids play areas are fantastic for families. I surely recommend this place for a perfect house

I have visited the Sheth Vasant Oasis with my family. I am truly impressed by the modern amenities and large apartments.

World class amenities with plenty of open space and green patch.Close to metro station.

I’ve been staying at the Sheth Vasant Oasis for about two weeks, and franklyI’m taken aback by how well developed this apartment block is. I haven’t livedin a lot of apartments but in my opinion it’s a fully luxurious development thatcomes with everything I need.

Amenities provided to us include a supply of treated drinking water and agenerator for backup in case the electricity is cut. The best part about thisdevelopment is that it is jam packed with leisure activities for the residents. I’veattended shows put on by the neighbors’ kids and they’re always adorable!

I especially love the combination of the spa, sauna, and the jacuzzi. All of themare divided for boys and girls and I feel safe enough going down to soak for anhour in the jacuzzi. The spa is a little smaller than a real spa clinic but stillgood enough that I haven’t had to go to another one since I’ve been here!

I also like that there are sports facilities here on the grounds. I don’t play veryoften but it’s fun playing badminton with some of the other girls here. There’salso a kids’ pool which is supervised along with a yoga area, jogging track, andsquash court.

The location around the development is okay at best. The Mathuradas VasanjiRoad is only half a kilometre away but as a result you can sometimes hear thenoise of traffic and horns when strolling through the development park. I wouldsay it is not that big a problem.

I have booked a 2 BHK in this society. The Andheri East location is ideal for my daily commute and office.

The quality of construction is excellent, and the facilities are just excellent. But the possession timings have been postponed.

My daughter enjoyed the clubhouse and swimming pool. However, the price is a little high for this area compared to others.
