Sports parks and vegetation appeal to me all around. For the quality and the area, I believe the rent is fair. Limited local stores nearby bother me. In my opinion, more work has to be done on street-side marketplaces and the frequency of public transportation.

I see the rental return here quickly increasing. Still, I believe the lack of nearby public transportation and limited neighbourhood businesses need serious work. This spot breathes fresh air.
