Sector 49 in Noida is a mixed but mostly good area to live in. Most of the houses and societies here are under the local RWA and they try to keep the streets clean and basic services running. There is also quite a bit of greenery compared to some other parts of Noida and property prices are still lower than the nearby prime sectors, so it feels affordable. Just be ready for a few ups and downs with drainage, power and infrastructure like in many older Noida sectors.
