I feel that connectivity-wise, it is one of the top destinations, since the prices are affordable in comparison to several other so-called posh Mumbai localities. All the necessary social infrastructure is there within a short distance as well. The only problem I have faced here is the waterlogging during the monsoons.

However, waterlogging is one of the biggest issues faced by people here, followed by traffic jams. Otherwise, the area is developing into a coveted residential location.

We have fantastic rail connectivity on the Western Line and convenient access to both the Western Express Highway as well as the soon-to-be-launched Metro Line 2A, making traveling so much quicker, particularly towards BKC, Andheri, and Goregaon for office. My workplace in Goregaon is also pretty accessible from Kandivali West. So, everything is sorted for me, at least.
