Locality is very good in terms of hygeine and it has every shops that are required on a daily basis like stationeries, general stores, clinics, wifi connections, salons, hair saloons, flour shops, etc. It also has play grounds for any age group people and dedicated garden for the childrens and jogging tracks on it for the fitness enthusiasts.The area is very close to the railway station and rickshaw stands BEST buses. Good Public Transport Easy Cab/Auto Availability Well-maintained Roads Good Schools are nearby Markets at a walkable distance Ample Parking Space No Power Cuts Good Hospitals are nearby Frequent Police Patrolling Safe at Night Well Lit Streets Clean & Hygienic Enough Parks/ Well Maintained Parks. The water shortage problem was quite a problem in previous 2 to 3 years but it has been stable till last year but it has started again.The peoples are very short tempered here and makes nuisance every other week.The buildings here are quite 40 years old and construction works for repairing is frequent.

The area is very much safe place especially for the womens even in the night time also. The area has a big ground to play, a park for children and senior citizens, specialized parking for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers, every facilities are in the vicinity of the area like a Clinic, General stores, medical shops, a hospital, an education classes and a playing group school for kindergarten students. The area is also in the vicinity of the railway station and a bus stand. It also has rickshaw stand in the area. Good Public Transport No Traffic Jam Nearby Easy Cab/Auto Availability Metro Connectivity nearby Well-maintained Roads Good Schools are nearby Markets at a walkable distance Ample Parking Space No Power Cuts Good Hospitals are nearby Frequent Police Patrolling Safe at Night Well Lit Streets Rare Crimes Reported Clean & Hygienic Low Pollution Enough Parks/ Well Maintained Parks The potholes are a big thing in the area. Some people are a little short minded or short-tempered in the area, and the area is pretty disturbed with this things. The people are very much aggressive in the fight if happens and they get pretty jealous with anyone.
