Emaar Marbellas neighborhood is very nice in Gurgaon. I like shopping and I get
the M3M Cosmopolitan and Airia Mall nearby. Weekends will be fun taking the
kids to the adventure and nature parks here. Also, special mention for the salon and
coffee house. Great for catching up with my gal pals. Overall project feels secure
enough and good job on the interior space. I like how big my home is, literally it
feels good after the pandemic.

The best thing about this project is the location in Sector-66. I can reach my office
quickly through the Golf Course Extension Road and Golf Course Road. Then
there is the Sushant Lok Metro Station nearby. Connectivity-wise it is sorted, with
so many schools, markets, and hospitals nearby as well.
