Daily needs are met via schools like DPS nearby and hospitals like Jaypee and Yatharth. Gated communities and security patrols here make me feel secure even at night. Walking close to sports facilities and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park is something I love. With consistent rentals, my investment is worthwhile, I believe. I propose more local metro accessibility as well as rapid enhancement of retail centres.

A beautiful park is also close to my location and it is a clean and well-maintained place. The hotel is also close to my place within 700 meters and all kinds of Indian foods are available here. The auto stand is also close to my location within a walking distance of six minutes.

Positives: The fantastic green surroundings and open spaces draw me here. For me, the 80% green cover and fresh air here are its main benefits. Because the Noida Expressway is immediately there and the Aqua Line metro is nearby, I find the travel to be quite quick. Shopping often brings me at The Grand Venice Mall or at the nearby Mahshya Layak Ram Market. Due to gated communities and close Sehdeo Hospital, I feel safe here. The foliage in Noida is simply exceptional.

Negatives: My only worry is the sporadic power outages and dearth of late-night public transportation. It causes safety issue. To prevent monsoon flooding, I believe they need to emphasize better drainage.

Negatives: The severe waterlogging during the rains disheartened me greatly, though. My basement was always flooded. Major issues, I believe, were also construction dust and limited local markets. I think road maintenance and cleanliness here have to get better. The neighbourhood was excessively remote at night, in my view.
