    Malad East is among Mumbai's most unusual areas in my view. The metro Dindoshi and other future connections, the Western Express Highway, and the Western Railway via Malad station all link it. Good schools like St. Francis English High School abound. Also, dependable hospitals such Sai Kripa Hospital and large shopping malls such as Inorbit Mall and Infinity Mall abound. For many consumers, this makes Malad East a cost-effective but value-rich alternative to more core areas. Because of this infrastructure, demand and rental returns are constant. From where I stand, the neighbourhood works both for working professionals and for families. I support improved upkeep of internal roads and sidewalks and more committed green public parks or open-space features for inhabitants to rest. All in all, this place is strongly recommended.

    I selected Malad East for its affordability but also good connections. My Mindspace IT Park office is only a quick drive away. One can travel easily by train, road, or subway.     Positives: Malad East's flat allows me a great balance of comfort and practicality. Therefore I'm leasing one there. By rail or metro, I can quickly get to my college; going out to malls or stores is really easy. Walking around at night makes me feel secure, and I value the proximity of hospitals, schools, and shopping. Metro Line 7 and buses allow me to travel well even at strange hours. The rent is fair for what I get as a tenant.

    Negatives: I can say that better late at night could be interior roadways close to my structure and street lighting. Additionally, for weekend strolls I wish there were more public gardens or lush open areas nearby. If you want simple living with excellent transportation, I strongly suggest Malad East.
