I booked a 453 sq ft at a price of 1.25 Cr in Ashar 16. It has around 370 units. I like the Vitrified Tiles and Premium Bath Fittings of my apartment. Kid's playing area is also good for children. The place is truly made for family persons.

With 370 units, Ashar 16 is one of the most attractive properties in Wagle Industrial Estate. Being situated in a prime location in Thane, the price of the property is much cheaper than expected for me. The price of a 1 BHK apartment is 1.25 Cr.
