Positives Society provides a community vibe and have above average management facility. Location is very accessible directly from Dwarka Expressway. Provides a low density community and large green & open area . If you are looking to buy then it's a best for money project.

Things to Consider There are some minor issues with management like sometimes delay in plumber or electrician services.

In ATS Marigold, you will get a property area from 1750 sqft to 2650 sq ft with the lowest price of Rs 1.18 and thehighest price of Rs 1.78 crore. I think the price isundervalued considering the factors of devising surroundingand well connectivity. I think the price will increase rapidlyin near future in this project.
