I always wanted a tranquil project and am glad that I bought here. My 3 BHK apartment has a lovely view and the whole campus is like that- very inviting with greenery, space and so many water bodies. The balcony is quite large and the best part is that Dwarka Expressway is just 3 minutes from my home. This is one of the best parts about the project. Oh and I love chilling in the pool. It has now become my weekend routine.
The project creates a great first impression. When you enter, you see all that space on the campus and imagine yourself walking or jogging around it all, and then the water bodies and beautiful greens all over nine acres...then I came to the big apartments. Even my 2 BHK had the size of a 4 BHK in any other place. Also the fittings are simply excellent.
Was looking for something that was nothing short of spectacular. In hindsight, this seems to have been the best choice. The views are stunning, the apartments are open from three sides, the apartments themselves are quite big by nature, and the surrounding zone is quite green and peaceful as well. Quite happy till now to have this as my address.
Good project for endusers
They have clearly worked on the interior experience for the buyers. The imported marble, the other fittings, the hidden air conditioning, everything speaks of class. The huge size of my flat is something that my friends are already going gaga over. Agreed that location is not New Delhi as of yet, but then, it has huge future potential. So I am really happy with the project and builder.
Good views are what made me choose the project in the first place. They offer almost 360-degree views. Went for a spacious 3 BHK here ultimately, although 2 BHK was also quite big. They also have 4 BHKs here as I saw. The overall location is pleasant and I think I will like staying here for the long term.
