This society is centrally located, spacious rooms, well connected balcony, 2 apartment per floor, proper ventilation & sun light in each room. Project is located on 135 Meter wide Multi Utility Corridor. Proposed Global City on Dwarka Expressway is on less than 5 minutes distance. Commercial Sector or Vision City in Sector 88 which is just 2 minutes distance. Above details makes this society favourite for investors and end users also.
There are many shopping options nearby I found. Also, there is the Dwarka Expressway and NH-8 close by. This is very helpful for someone like me who has to get to office early on weekday morning. Also, family can shop whenever they wish and so many schools nearby. Good locality and decent project.
The best part about the project is that it has spacious homes. I love the fact that there are only 3 and 4 BHK units here. I personally appreciate the work that has gone into giving the most luxurious fittings for project. The developer has seen to it that there is ample open areas for some fresh air also.

Playing sports is enjoyable experience here. Yes, project is in developing area, but then two highways are nearby. Goodthing they have attached market and cafe in the project along with library. So overall project value is good enough for me. Wife and mine workplace is nearby and kids' school bus also comes here. So no worries at all.
Lots of greenery and open spaces is a big plus point. The gated community offers good security and there are tons of amenities. My kids love the swimming pool, jogging track, and of course the skating rink! Amenity-wise this project is great and I feel that the construction quality is also top class since it is a reputed developer.
