I have been familiar with this part of the area for some time, so connectivity is one of the first things I would consider here. Access towards OMR is convenient, and the surrounding area has most of the basic facilities needed for everyday life. Overall, the location seems more suitable for people who want reasonable access to the IT corridor while staying away from the busiest parts of the city

From an investment perspective, I would look at this project more for its location and surrounding development than simply the amenities. OMR continues to be an important residential and employment corridor, so connectivity and future demand are worth evaluating. The project offers a reasonably broad amenity mix, which may also appeal to tenants looking for community facilities. I would treat this as a project worth researching further rather than assuming appreciation is guaranteed.”
