I saw waterlogging is frequent at this place. The play area looks like a paddy field.

The neighbourhood infrastructure is yet to grow up. There are potholes on the roads which is a drawback.

I find this project attractive because of its locational advantage in Joka. The proximity to the forthcoming metro station is a value addition.
