The project is good. But I am concerned about waiting till Dec 2029 interest on the loan.

I am annoyed by construction noise and increasing traffic, with infra still to mature.

I am attracted to low-density towers, well-proportioned amenities, and peaceful landscaped areas.

I appreciate competitive prices, developer track records, and good amenities.

I feel Manifesta is reasonably priced for Punawale with its rooms, clubhouse, gyms, pools, and much more.
