The project features predominantly small units and is quickly selling. Positive aspects include good floor layouts, high frontage, Vastu design, and expressway proximity. However, concerns exist regarding the suitability for larger businesses and the reliance on future residential development for foot traffic. It appears well-suited for local services and F&B businesses seeking smaller spaces.
