The central park area that is overlooked by the apartment balconies is well
maintained and makes for a scenic view from the apartment itself. Security is
also well maintained with CCTV surveillance and 24 X 7 security present always.
It would be beneficial to have an attached market inside the complex. But with all
these facilities, it's a value-for-money project.

My favorite part of the Regency Heights complex is that it has a large parking
area so car owners will feel elated to find such affordable housing and such a
