The apartment rooms are spacious and come in 3 BHK that offers over 3000 sq ft of living area which is amazing considering the prime positioning of the project.

The central park area that is overlooked by the apartment balconies is well maintained and makes for a scenic view from the apartment itself. Security is also well maintained with CCTV surveillance and 24 X 7 security present always. It would be beneficial to have an attached market inside the complex. But with all these facilities, it's a value-for-money project.

My favorite part of the Regency Heights complex is that it has a large parking area so car owners will feel elated to find such affordable housing and such a great parking facility not only for the residents but the visitors as well.
