As a freelancer, I like the flexible office spaces and lively atmosphere. Also, the infrastructure and construction are great.

The infrastructure is excellent, but I feel the cafeteria choices are poor.

Parking is difficult during rush hours; additional spaces would be helpful.

Commute is very easy with the proximity of the railway station and bus stops.
