Kalwa is regarded to be a commercial and industrial locality. It is in the stage of many more developments in the coming days I am a permanent resident over here. It is a prime location to stay as the market and hospitals are close. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the railway station to Kalwa. It is a very safe place to live in. Three major national highways are connected to it.
I rented the house in the locality in the area of Kalwa, Thane. The markets are at a distance of 5 to 8 minutes. There are good colleges like N.G Bedekar College of Commerce and Tmc Law College. It is a hub of commercialization like Sigma IT Park and Lakhani Industries Limited. One negative aspect of Kalwa is that there is no connectivity to the metro and the area faces water shortage.
I have rented a house near the local area and I must say it is very easy to get all the necessary items. Korum mall is nearby and the railway station is also near. The area is of less traffic and a parking facility is also provided. One major drawback of the palace is that it is a flooded area. It becomes hard to stay in Kalwa in the rainy season.
