Good Public Transport Easy Cab/Auto Availability Well-maintained Roads Good Schools are nearby Markets at a walkable distance Ample Parking Space No Power Cuts Good Hospitals are nearby Frequent Police Patrolling Safe at Night Well Lit Streets Clean & Hygienic Enough Parks/ Well Maintained Parks. The water shortage problem was quite a problem in previous 2 to 3 years but it has been stable till last year but it has started again.The peoples are very short tempered here and makes nuisance every other week.The buildings here are quite 40 years old and construction works for repairing is frequent.
