I booked a 2 BHK for its sea view and Carter Road location. Also, I am attracted to the rooftop pool.
This project offers smart lobby and retail additions which is great. Well-located near Khar station and highway.
No specific kids' play area other than a small rooftop space. I think families with children could feel constrained.
