In my view, this endeavour is the most creative one currently under construction in the eastern corridor. With the motorway, location connection is excellent, and the neighbourhood is quite upscale and clean. The major advantages of the project are professional property management and the excellent rental yield condition. In Pune, the builder has an unmatched reliability reputation. The nearest hospital is Motherhood; vital services like Reliance Mart are practically right around the corner. Within a five-minute drive are EON IT Park and WTC offices. For office workers, commuting becomes really simple thanks to the next metro and local transportation networks. Every customer has to be informed about some scarcity of public green spaces nearby. Along the major road, some maintenance is also needed on the ancient electric poles. This programme presents a very amazing existence.

I choose this project and this area because I think Kharadi is the next major thing in Pune. Seven years of warranty and the reputation of the Gera name appeal to me the most. Having seen their accomplished prior work, my view on the constructor is very favourable. Nearby are rudimentary services with Podar International School and Manipal Hospital. Long-term rental income from IT professionals would come from my investment strategy: this unit would be held. Uneven levelling of the secondary access roads worries me mostly. Although I am not a resident at present, I go regularly to note the development. Hopefully the authorities correct the local street signage quickly. For me, it is a great asset.
