Being a bachelor, I was looking for a small apartment, and of course, there could not have been a better choice than Versova View. I also enjoy being able to walk to the beach in just about 15 minutes. Since it is connected to all the major points of the city, I am really happy.

I decided to choose Versova View because of its great connectivity to the city, and unlike before, now I have access to hospitals, and shopping centers. What is even special about this building is that it is close to the Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway and Mumbai-Ahmedabad Expressway.

I have children and Versova View is great for them as it is equipped with a play area for kids, and my children enjoy playing in the sand pits. The cycle and jogging track are particularly interesting to them.

I was looking for a well-designed and small apartment when I came across the Versova View. I was particularly attracted towards the cycle and jogging track, and the central green and park.

For a person looking for safety and convenience, Versova View is ideal. My safety concerns were gone knowing that there is a 24*7 security system, and 24*7 water supply. At this price, I could not have asked for better. The power cut is a major issue in this locality. But This complex has good power backup
