    Living Kandivali East makes me really happy. Daily for my office in Mindspace, I take the Western Express Highway. Near here I advise Cambridge School and DNA Multispeciality Hospital. I like weekend visits to Growel's 101 Mall. But all of us are annoyed by the severe traffic bottlenecks and busted internal roads close to the station.

    I found Kandivali East to be well connected and practical when I lived there only briefly. Local Kandivali train made travel simple. Commute times are reduced by the Link Road and Western Express Highway. For weekend strolls, I enjoyed close-by green escapes like Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Malls, supermarkets and energetic local markets satisfied the shopping demands. Reachable were area offices and business hubs, therefore trips were brief. With a number of nearby multispeciality hospitals and clinics, healthcare was rather good. Overall, the neighbourhood was well kept, friendly, and practical. Streets were crowded but mostly secure. I loved having fast access to city amenities and natural surroundings both. Parking and traffic control at peak hours were one area requiring reform.

    As a tenant in Kandivali East, it seems great. This location offers a fantastic combination of traditional residential comfort and contemporary practicality. Here, the safety is excellent. And especially close to the main residential buildings the neighbourhood atmosphere is really cordial. The unrivaled connectivity The Kandivali Railway Station and the new Metro Line 7 at Akurli are both readily available, therefore complement is what I like most. Quick urban mobility on the constantly dependable Western Express Highway. With several hospitals, schools, and nearby shopping choices like Growel's 101 Mall, we also have excellent social infrastructure.     Yes, waterlogging in the monsoon, poor roads and potholes, and heavy traffic are all problems of several Mumbai localities, and it is the same story for Kandivali East. However, I will still give it full marks, due to the presence of several luxurious residential complexes, top-notch connectivity through the metro and railway lines, good water supply, and excellent social infrastructure. So, these are factors that make it a really good place to stay in Mumbai. People here are friendly, and there are green spaces in the vicinity for children to play in.     Kandivali East is a good place to stay, considering how family-friendly the area is. The people here are incredibly helpful, and there is a clear community vibe among the societies. The good part is that the SV Road and Link Road are close by, while the Western Express Highway is also nearby. Metro connectivity is possible if you reach the Akurli station, while the restaurants, cafes, stores, and other amenities are all available here. I like the ambience here. I only want the authorities to clear the footpaths, which are encroached upon by vendors. This is the only issue that I have seen.

    The Red Metro (Line 7) at Akurli station is pretty easy to access from here, while other transportation facilities are also good in Kandivali East. I usually take the SV Road, Link Road, or WEH, to travel to different places. The residential communities developed here, are all friendly, and come with good amenities. Some nearby attractions that we enjoy visiting periodically are the charming Chhota Kashmir Park, and the Gandhi Tekdi. Multiple schools and hospitals are situated nearby, along with parks, cafes, and shops. I only wish that Thakur Village and other areas had encroachment-free footpaths. Everything else is good for family living here.

    Kandivali East is a good neighbourhood to live in, and my family has been here for several years now. We have seen many residential complexes coming up here, and that too from the best developers. Property prices have also appreciated, and it’s natural, since the main USP of the place, in my opinion, is connectivity. So, the Mumbai Metro Line 7 is accessible from here (Poisar and Akurli), along with the Western Express Highway. The Kandivali railway station is also situated nearby, while the airport is about 20-25 minutes away. So, all in all, connectivity-wise, it is a great place to stay in Mumbai. Also, I should mention the welcoming nature of the community residents, who celebrate all the festivals together.

    Being an owner in Kandivali East, I thoroughly enjoy the quality of life here. The area is ideal for mid-income families since housing is comparatively more affordable, and the coming infrastructure. The Poisar Metro Station in the neighborhood, ensures connectivity will improve further. We have great business opportunities, particularly around the Akurli Industrial Zone, and the place is secure with proper street lights and frequent police patrols. The roads are surprisingly clean for Mumbai, and the numerous parks provide much-needed greenery. The only one really positive point for future civic development that needs to be sorted out on an urgent basis is the all-important problem of waterlogging and bad drainage during the monsoon months.

    It is very convenient and happening to live in Kandivali East, Mumbai. I like the clean roads, streetlights, and greenery in parks like Chhota Kashmir Park and Gandhi Tekdi. The place has very good connectivity through Kandivali Railway Station, near metro, and SV Road, which makes commuting easy to Andheri, Goregaon, or the airport. Establishments such as The Cambridge School and Ryan International, Chouhan and Saraswati hospitals, and malls like 101 Mall add to daily life's ease. Restaurants and local markets are an added advantage. Areas to be developed are areas of traffic congestion and waterlogging during monsoons.     Positives: My experience staying in Kandivali East was truly fulfilling. I thought it was a constantly vibrant locality, full of the essence of Mumbai, and it was ideally placed between home comfort and business opportunity. The connectivity was excellent, particularly having Kandivali Railway Station and Poisar Metro Station close by, and the Western Express Highway facilitated my long-distance commuting. We also enjoyed great social amenities, with premier colleges such as Thakur and well-known hospitals nearby. But the neighborhood used to suffer from waterlogging during the heavy monsoon months. Also, I always thought the authorities could have done more to maintain the nearby local woodlands and gardens.
