I went to the site last week at this place, and the facilities are excellent. The clubhouse and swimming pool are excellent.

The Prestige Falcon City is well-maintained and features lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and winding pathways. It's an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll, picnics with family and friends, or simply finding a quiet corner to relax.
The Prestige Falcon City comes with a very beautiful and green environment. It is a very well-maintained apartment and it comes with interesting amenities. I really like the fact that the building has high security and CCTV support.
With Prestige Falcon City, there are many options available to customers. There are a number of leisure activities offered by the building including a Dance Room, Club House, Reading Room, Conference Room, Party Hall, Mini Theatre, and indoor games.
Overall, the experience of buying an apartment in Prestige Falcon City is good but the 2BHK apartment that I bought is very overpriced, despite being only 838 Sq. Ft.
I experienced some delays in possession. Hope they get better at their timelines.
The Kanakapura Road location is handy from this place. The traffic in peak hours is a worry, though.
It's an amazing society thoughtfully designed and provided facilities to ensure all the pain points and a total solution for home seekers why they should be a part of this prestigious society.
The Prestige Falcon City is a strategic building with close proximity to all the major points in Bangalore. I felt that some of the apartments are not value for money. It is not so spacious compared to the price tag of over 1Cr.
While buying an apartment in Prestige Falcon City, I observed that it is packed with many attractive features. The building comes with a fire-fighting system, intercom, and advanced security features to ensure the safety of the residents.
The floor plans of the apartments are big and excellent. However, the prices are slightly on the higher side when compared with other projects around the area.
