experienced power cuts or shortages of water. Overall, the environment is clean and
green. The availability of metro stations makes this locality even more attractive.

I rented an apartment in Sector 125 and realized that properties come in different
price ranges. Some of the properties are quite affordable for middle-class families.
Luxurious apartments are also available in the locality at much higher prices. As a
tenant, I think the rental price of some 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments are quite

professionals and students as it is close to the employment hub and features several reputed educational institutes. However, traffic congestion and pollution
are two major issues that need immediate attention from the authorities. Otherwise, I
have no complaints. The locality is safe with occasional police patrolling, and public
transports are easily available.
