For my regular commute, I appreciate the proximity of the Noida City Centre Metro. For rapid checkups, my Metro Hospital experience has been excellent. I also note many government postgraduate college kids nearby. For my evening strolls, I find the nearby parks really safe and quite green. For a middle-class individual, my sense is that the rent is rather reasonable. Better trash cleaning is my only advice. The basic issue here is the ageing drainage network requiring modification.
