2 Bedroom Apartment in Velentine Tower, Goregaon East, Mumbai

Listing ID: #9819955

For my experiences, I find Goregaon East pleasant. Andheri and Powai are offices I find near. Metro, train, and bus access for me is simple. I enjoy gyms as well as Aarey's green side. Here, I notice pupils are handling themselves well. I adore this region. I experience high rentals and noise from cars, though.

I advise Goregaon East because my experiences indicate great demand. I arrange it on top because I observe rapid transactions. Here, families appear to be at ease. I see simple access via rail, metro, and WEH.I advise Film City and nearby stores. I see parking difficulties and traffic jams requiring attention.

Presently, I reside in Goregaon East. Aarey Colony's verdant character appeals to me. Daily for work I utilise the Aarey metro station. My experiences at Oberoi Mall provide my family a safe and joyful life. Fixing the peak hour traffic and the high property prices is advice I have. Everywhere is quite practical.

Owning a house here fills me with tremendous joy. My travel to Nesco IT Park is quite swift. For the trip, I advise the Western Express Highway. Lifeline Hospital and Oberoi International School are excellent. At Oberoi Mall, Social is my weekend hangout. I find the severe monsoon rains unsettling.

I very recommend Goregaon East since I observe consistent professional demand. I draw attention to schools, Goregaon railway station, Metro Line 7, SRV Hospital, and WEH connectivity. I highlight closeness to Film City as well as business parks. As important areas for improvement, I explicitly name parking problems, internal road maintenance, and traffic congestion.

Since I have fast work travel, I am quite pleased to live in Goregaon East. I ride the Goregaon station, WEH buses, and Metro Line 7. I unwind in cafes close to Oberoi Mall and Aarey Garden. I think rent is exorbitant. I am bothered by traffic, parking, and road digging around where I live.

Very good and safe for everyone at night also

With the new Metro Red Line 7 and the Goregaon railway station easily accessible, I am secure and at ease here, therefore traveling around Mumbai is rather simple. Offering fantastic social infrastructure like Oberoi Mall and proximity to major corporate centres like NESCO and Film City, the neighbourhood is very energetic. The touch of trees from the neighbouring Aarey Colony, which offers a quiet refuge from city din, is my favourite feature. For families as well as experts, I quite advise this neighbourhood. Still, the persistent waterlogging problems on the roads during strong monsoon rains have to be fixed as quickly as possible.

Offering great urban convenience and connectivity, Goregaon East is a smart residential option fit for both professionals and families. The Western Express Highway, Goregaon Railway Station, and the new Metro Line 7 provide perfect transportation throughout Mumbai and make the region a main hub. Its rental return is improved by closeness to significant business hubs and film city, making it a powerful investment location with stable demand. The well-developed social infrastructure, including respected schools and Oberoi Mall is much appreciated by locals. Though the region offers a great level of life, potential residents ought to be aware that appropriate garbage disposal and public cleanliness requirements are services that need Steady development in specific inner regions. For its combination of lush areas and fast development, Goregaon East is still strongly suggested.

Now, frankly speaking, Goregaon East is one of the top localities in Mumbai, if you’re a greenery lover. I just love exploring the entire Gokuldham zone, along with Aarey Colony, and all the forested trails. It’s so romantic and adventurous, while you can take your walks and jogs peacefully. The fresh air and pollution-free environment in the early morning and late evening is a huge plus point. Of course, some traffic jams and pollution arises from the vehicles, but that’s a minor inconvenience till now. The best part is the Red Line 7 metro station which helps us commute to several places.

The Western Express Highway is the main lifeline for me, when I commute every day. We also have the Red Line 7 station which my husband uses, ever since it started some time back. Also, the JVLR access and railway station are present. So, from a connectivity perspective, there is nothing to beat Goregaon East. It is very easy to travel through the city and beyond, once you live in this location. Also, I love the clean and green nature of the locality. The Aarey Colony and other vast, forested areas are all within this locality. It is a whole new experience altogether. Yes, there is increasing pollution and honking by vehicles, along with peak-hour traffic jams. But the lifestyle here is unmatched in Mumbai!

Truthfully, I explain to all my customers that Goregaon East is one of the best investment choices at this time, and I reside here so I know! We are conveniently situated right adjacent to the giant green belt of Aarey Colony. Transit is smooth with the Western Express Highway and the new Metro Line 7, positioning major corporate centers like NESCO and Nirlon Knowledge Park at your doorstep. Even better, the huge Goregaon-Mulund Link Road project is a game-changer that will significantly reduce travel time to the East. But as a resident, I sincerely hope that they work on the huge traffic congestion on the WEH stretch and bring down the high noise and air pollution levels.

See, I have been living here for some time now, and I can safely suggest that the locality is very nice to stay in. One of the key things worth noting in this regard is the connectivity that I enjoy. That’s actually why I invested here. So, I can easily travel to my workplace in Powai within just 20 minutes or so. This has simplified my lifestyle in a city like Mumbai, where traffic jams are common. At the same time, the Mumbai international airport is just 12-15 minutes away from my home. This is another advantage of staying in Goregaon East. Social infrastructure-wise, everything is well-developed and within arm’s length. The only gripe that I can possibly have is that waterlogging sometimes impacts us all during the monsoon.

Goregaon East was one of our smartest money moves because real estate here is relatively priced for a Mumbai Western Suburb. Having the railway station, several Metro stations, and the Western Express Highway on hand makes my daily drive to the commercial centers such an easy affair. We feel extremely secure, and the proximity to Aarey Colony provides a welcome breath of greenery that's all too scarce in the city. The Goregaon-Mulund Link Road currently under construction will be a game changer for cross-city commuting. But to really enhance the residential experience, the essential infrastructure upgrade that needs attention is improved traffic control and more even road surfaces, especially around the major intersections.

When I initially shifted to Goregaon East, I was attracted by the symmetry of city and peaceful residential enclaves. I reside here on rent, and I strongly recommend it. The locality enjoys great connectivity with Goregaon railway station, metro stations, and easy connectivity to Western Express Highway. Schools, hospitals, malls such as Oberoi and Central, and local markets are accessible nearby. Parks such as Wagheshwari and Aarey provide space for strolls. The apartments are new, and rental rates are high. Infrastructure and the supply of basic utilities are good, although waterlogging during monsoons and improved waste management are points that need to be addressed to make residing here easier.
