I adore living here since the surroundings is quite open. Being near to my job and the Khandeshwar park region delights me. The neighborhood markets appeal to my family. Students will find it quite practical. Lately, I've had issues with train delays and sluggish trash collection in this locality.

Here I own my apartment and my experiences are excellent. Every day for my employment, I utilize the Panvel railroad station. For families, I advise this secure location. Nearby Orion Mall makes my life simple. Still, I detest the thick morning traffic and the absence of adequate street lighting.

New Panvel is a top connectivity hub. It's near to the planned airport, and MTHL is a great benefit for my customers, as my own encounters demonstrate. For families, it seems very secure. My recommendations always emphasize the premier institutions such as Pillai. Clients need to remember parking problems and traffic jams.

I am quite glad to be residing in New Panvel; my life seems balanced here. As a renter, I appreciate how much everyday stores, markets, and bus services assist me. I rely daily on ST buses and automobiles; I also use the Panvel train station. I anticipate the Navi Mumbai Metro connection that is scheduled. For health requirements, I rely on MGM Hospital in Panvel; several Pillai College students live around this area. I am leasing here for my job trips toward CBD Belapur and the side of Taloja. Even late evening, I feel secure. I believe Navi Mumbai's other hubs offer far better rent. I am upset by the terrible internal road conditions. I think the road maintenance and drainage need really significant improvements.

For my kids, I am glad to have good schools like DAV Public School as well as excellent hospitals like Panacea and Pioneer close by. Even in the evenings with streetlights and frequent police patrolling, walking around makes me feel secure. Given strong rental demand, I believe my investment here is reasonable. I recommend that the road quality and drainage in certain places need urgent improvements; also required is improved highway segment night illumination here.

Positives: In New Panvel the rent seems rather reasonable. My actual experience is not bad because I reside close to the Pillai College area and Lifeline Hospital. The area welcomes students very much.

Negatives: But high salt in water, dusty building air, and extremely packed railway platforms all present challenges for me.

Positives: I was present and enjoyed the calm, lush surroundings. I had great encounters with the local markets and DAV Public School. I felt the community was exceedingly welcoming.

Negatives: Frequency of public transportation was poor and it felt like an outskirts. Better drainage systems and more internal road upkeep are much needed.

Positives: I picked this location for CIDCO parks and the arranged design. The highway and rail station connection helped me greatly. I previously adored seeing the Karnala Bird Sanctuary and the Adai Waterfalls close by.

Negatives: I lack large malls, suffer frequent water cuts, and have severe air pollution from surrounding factories.

Between Old Panvel and future Navi Mumbai expansions, I believe New Panvel lies in an ideal location. For regular living and business travel, I think this site is ideal. With families and local police, I feel secure. Orion Mall and neighbouring eateries are rather appealing to me.

Negatives: But summer water supply problems upset me. In some areas as well, street lighting has to be better.
