This is because of the development that has taken place over the last few years. So many residential complexes have come up, while the highway access is a game-changer as well. Buses and other transport are available, while the area has become a favourite for many people who are working in Magarpatta City. All the amenities of Magarpatta are accessible with a short drive as well. The only thing that they need to fix is the waterlogging.

Two things strike me as notable are that few roads become jammed during rush hours, and some internal roads require improved maintenance.
