My main issue here is that the market area is very crowded, while central Pune areas are also pretty far away. However, in my opinion, it’s not a major issue for me.

Hadapsar is one location in Pune with a lot of future potential. The property rates are still within range here, but it won’t be for long. This is because of the development that has taken place over the last few years. So many residential complexes have come up, while the highway access is a game-changer as well. Buses and other transport are available, while the area has become a favourite for many people who are working in Magarpatta City. All the amenities of Magarpatta are accessible with a short drive as well. The only thing that they need to fix is the waterlogging.

I must say that it has a very distinctive combination of ease and serenity. The area is well integrated with the city of Pune with smooth connectivity to highways and public transport, and I like that there are lots of IT parks, offices, and shopping destinations nearby. The locality is secure and lush with green parks and neatly maintained roads, and it appeals to families and working professionals alike due to its state-of-the-art infrastructure and affordable rentals. Two things strike me as notable are that few roads become jammed during rush hours, and some internal roads require improved maintenance. Hadapsar otherwise is vibrant, functional, and an excellent place to live.

It is wonderful being a resident and an agent in Hadapsar as this zone is actually an independent ecosystem, providing everything at hand. We enjoy excellent infrastructure, with proximity to good schools and excellent health care facilities, along with the large shopping experience of Seasons Mall and Amanora Mall. Connectivity is strong through NH-65 and the forthcoming metro lines. The mix of residential and industrial areas being a dominant feature makes it vibrant and comparatively affordable. The traffic chaos during peak hours, particularly around Gadital, is extremely poor, and the poor water drainage system certainly requires a total overhaul to avoid monsoon water logging.

This area has been home to us and Hadapsar is extremely central because of its good connectivity through NH-65 and the future underpass project, which assures future infrastructure growth. We are situated near large employment areas such as Magarpatta and Amanora Park Town, offering excellent business potential and employment opportunities, yet housing prices are still relatively affordable when compared with other IT pockets. But the only thing that I would wish to see improved is the state of the internal roads, which indeed become worse and develop potholes during monsoon.

Everyone’s commute was very smooth, and the NH-65 was a big lifeline, along with the Kharadi Bypass and Pune Nagar Highway. The bus depot was easily accessible, while several restaurants, local markets, hospitals like Noble, and other amenities were there too. Now, I hear that the railway station is being renovated here, while the light metro rail corridor, if it materializes, will be a big boost for the locality. The only area of improvement, according to me, is the sanitation and the potholed roads.
