I recommend Ravet because I see strong growth near Hinjewadi IT Park. I notice facilities like City One Mall, Blossom Public School, and Aditya Birla Hospital nearby. I mention Bhakti Shakti Chowk metro access and highway connectivity. I flag my clients about traffic during peak hours and limited public transport depth.

I love Ravet for variety of contemporary lifestyle amenities. Commuting to Hinjewadi IT Park is fast. The nearby Akurdi Metro and Sentosa Resorts are great. I appreciate Vitalis Hospital and Phoenix Mall nearby. The greenery is lovely. However, the narrow service roads and lack of streetlights at night are very bad.

I feel Ravet is beautiful with its open spaces. My experience is that rental yields are rising. I love the breezy weather and my favorite hangout at Bhakti-Shakti Chowk. I have easy bus access from this locality. I hate the frequent power cuts, stray dogs, and hard water here.
