With the excellent proximity to Hinjewadi's IT hub via the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, which made my trip easy, the area was quite secure. Important services were always nearby, including respected hospitals like Jupiter Hospital and outstanding schools such The Orchid School. Balewadi High Street provided excellent food and weekend hangouts for leisure, whereas Baner Hill was ideal for a calm getaway. But the traffic congestion during peak hours, which made local travel difficult, was my greatest letdown. I also saw that water supply could occasionally be erratic, hence depending on water tankers. It was a lively, booming area that seemed like home.

I decided to lease in Baner as it appears sophisticated, simple, and especially well connected to places of work and life. Baner Road makes my travel to Hinjewadi IT Park quite simple. Like good schools, excellent hospitals, local markets, and nearby retail stores, the neighbourhood offers all I want. Particularly, I like to run on Baner Hill and unwind among the green niches. I am enthralled about Metro Line 3's better connectivity that is ahead. More uniform water pressure in some places and more effective street lighting are what I wish improves. But really, I quite like residing in this area. It is tranquil, practical, and vibrant.

Living in Baner, Pune makes me quite pleased and happy. Life here is a pleasant mix of active city life and calm neighbourhood streets. I picked Baner for its great connectivity through Baner Road and the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, broad roads, beautiful flora on Baner Hill, and first-rate infrastructure. For medical treatment, Jupiter Hospital and Lifepoint Multispecialty are conveniently available. My family has excellent schools nearby called The Orchid School and VIBGYOR High. For fun, we enjoy Westend Mall or Balewadi High Street's cafés, restaurants, and shopping. A more dependable water supply in some ancient districts is the only thing that might get better. Still, buying a house here seems like a wise and joyful choice.

Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities. Esteemed institutions like Symbiosis International University and Mercedes-Benz International School adorn the locality.

Positives: Due to Baner Hill nearby, Baner provided a wonderful combination of peaceful surroundings and urban convenience. It felt quite secure, and the connectivity to the Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway and Hinjewadi IT Park was really flawless. Particularly Balewadi High Street, which had fashionable cafes and bars, I liked the great social scene. Moreover, nearby were top universities like The Orchid School and excellent hospitals like Jupiter, which made life extremely simple.

Negatives: Daily flights were the peak-hour traffic jams on Baner Road, which were severe. Frequently our water supply was intermittent, therefore occasionally we had to depend on trucks. Particularly the rents, the high cost of living made it a prime location that stretched the budget.

Positives: As a renter, I find Baner to be a cozy and very safe neighbourhood. The area's great access to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the current construction for Metro Line 3 imply future transit will be really excellent. For everyday living, Balewadi High Street and Westend Mall provide excellent choices for buying and food. Negatives: As garbage can build up, the civic body should clean up road hygiene and handle garbage management in the second lanes. Given the fast development, I would want more parks and devoted public green areas for inhabitants to appreciate.

Positives: Baner was ideal for my office travel as it was right near Hinjewadi IT Park. The energetic way of life was the finest part. Negatives: During the hot summer months, I frequently had to count on water tankers for erratic water supply. Furthermore, the quick growth implied that some internal home residential streets lacked adequate street lighting.

Positives: I live in Baner and like the energetic attitude and residential convenience there. I like the blend of houses that have modern elements, nearby IT centers, and businesses. The rise in value has been robust, which puts me at ease regarding long-term investing. Schools and hospitals cater to every need; daily amenities are nearby.

Negatives: Still, I have seen a few things that might get better: The water pressure in my building dips occasionally; trash collection services could be more reliable. Also, street lighting in a few lanes is less strong late at night. Notwithstanding these, I would gladly dwell here for years since Baner is a great location to call home.
