Pinnacle Neelanchal 2 Bedroom 788 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Baner Pune

I bought my apartment here at Neelanchal while it was still under construction.It looked like it was going to be a great value for money deal and it was rightthere in Sus where my family lives so I thought I could get an independenthome and still be close to them.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the final product matched thebrochures exactly. It was just as luxurious as I had expected and lookedbeautiful even before I set foot in the place! Still Ill try to be as non biased aspossible.

It's true this development is smaller than a lot of other apartment developmentsin Pune but in reality that is a good thing. I wanted a non-congested place andthat is exactly what I got. The Neelanchal is quiet and peaceful most of the dayand you rarely hear the traffic outside.

The rooms are just about as good as I expected them to be. My 1 BHK is 521sq. ft. but feels very comfortable to live in. The community is very friendly,which definitely helped me settle into my life at the Neelanchal. There are 2BHK and 3 BHK rooms available also but they seemed too pricey for me.

The best thing about the Pinnacle Neelanchal is its awesome amenities. Youget a power backup for outages, 24/7 running water, and a constant securitypresence at the main gate. There are also lots of sports grounds like aswimming pool, tennis court, and jogging track.
