    Kondhwa is well positioned to link to important commercial centres such Hadapsar. You will find malls, coffee shops, and green areas for a laid-back weekend as well as excellent schools like RIMS International School and hospitals nearby. Although metro is not quite running yet, plans are in place to enhance future connection. For the most part, safety is rather good here. Rents are still rather reasonable in relation to premium areas in Pune. Two things I wish were stronger, there are some areas where fundamental public transportation frequency is low, and some amenities like neighbourhood parks and weekend markets are still not fully established.

    Every time I show a Kondhwa property, customers admire its fusion of traditional Pune charm with current living. The strategic location of this place in South Pune is its unique selling proposition as it easily links to Camp, NIBM Road, and Hadapsar. Though not exactly central, it is rather well-linked by road; the future Metro Line 3 will ease commuting. Nearby are hospitals such Ruby Hall Clinic and Inamdar, schools such Bishops and Delhi Public School, and malls such Dorabjee's Royale Heritage. Good rental returns are possible in the safe, family-friendly, and very cheap area thanks to adjacent IT centers like Magarpatta and SP Infocity. Decent greenery abounds. Only more street lights at night and improved trash management would make it great.

    I purchased my residence in Kondhwa because of its modern infrastructure, excellent connection to important centres, and perfect combination of peace and urban life. Developed residential developments, great hospitals and schools, and a bearable drive to the downtown area are all available. I adore how I may arrive at home in minutes yet still find tranquillity free from the hectic main highways. Faster execution of a specialised metro line for the region and improved maintenance of some inside routes in older areas are something I believe may be improved. I heartily advise Kondhwa as a place to buy and live, even with that little exception.

    Positives: A South Pune central area linked by Katraj- Kondhwa Road and NIBM Road feels like The fast travel to Hadapsar and Magarpatta, IT centers, is the finest aspect. My children attend Olive National School, which is nearby. For rapid medical care, we also have several hospitals in close proximity like Mirza Hospital. Stable rentals here make investment really advantageous. Although there is no metro, bus service is good.

    Negatives: First is the water situation, especially in summer. Usually, we run into problems with water supply and have to depend on tankers. During peak hours, the traffic congestion on the main Katraj- Kondhwa Road is also bad. The road must be widened quickly to address the chaos.

With well-known schools like Mansukhbhai Kothari National School and top hospitals close by, the social infrastructure is ideal for families. Commuting to IT centers is simple because of our great connectivity via NIBM Road and Salunke Vihar Road, which offers a combination of urban comfort and calm residential life.

    Negatives: Especially in the summer, we often experience water supply anomalies that is a major bother. The Pune Municipal Corporation must fix erratic trash collection on side streets. Finally, the scarcity of a correct metro line in Kondhwa restricts public transportation choices considerably.

    Positives: I relocated to Kondhwa for the appealing housing possibilities it provided in the green, southeast section of Pune. Usually relatively inexpensive as compared with other areas of the city, it was ideal for reaching IT centers. Nearby were schools such Mansukhbhai Kothari and hospitals like Satyanand. Purchasing at Dorabjee's NIBM was always simple. My living situation was made pleasant by proximity to Hadapsar and the excellent local bus system.

    Negatives: One of the most important issues in many areas of the area was the frequent water supply interruptions and associated sewage troubles. The lack of a direct Metro link also forced dependence on bus or car transit, therefore reducing the overall effectiveness of city-wide travel.

    Positives: Almost immediately upon my recent relocation to Kondhwa in Pune, I found its allure. Smooth connectivity via prominent roads like Kondhwa Road, NH-65, and Salunke Vihar Road connecting the area to Camp, Hadapsar, and further is provided. There are shopping centers, hospitals, and excellent schools nearby. It simplifies everyday life, everything from basic necessities to leisure appears within reach. The homes are rather inexpensive for their amenities and the surroundings are quiet but well connected, so I feel at ease renting here. Evening strolls down quieter streets are my favourite thing.

    Negatives: Having said that, two areas need work: the absence of an operational metro station nearby limits public transportation alternatives; some local roads continue to have congestion and repair problems. Kondhwa would be my top recommendation for a wise rental selection all around.

    Positives: Once the region was really taking off, I lived in Kondhwa. The connection to Camp was amazing, and I could reach the IT hubs Magarpatta very easily. It also felt very self-sufficient with excellent schools, hospitals, and shopping options such Dorabjee's Mall just around the corner. A great advantage was finding a contemporary apartment close to a green area. This helped the area feel balanced and practical.

    Negatives: Particularly at peak times, the daily commute grew to be a bother. We continually battled civic problems. The severe traffic congestion, uneven and contaminated water supply, bad interior road conditions, and insufficient trash management urgently have to be fixed for the neighbourhood to actually improve.

    Positives: Recently relocated to Kondhwa in southern Pune, I am really pleased here. Here the roads, such as Kondhwa Road and NIBM Road, connect me quickly to major city locations. Nearby, the area offers several facilities. Close are institutions like Sinhgad City School and hospitals such as Pride Multispeciality Hospital. For a renter like myself, the rent costs feel reasonable when contrasted to those in main areas.

    Negatives: Here some roads have high traffic, and unauthorised parking encroaches on lanes, therefore slowing down the commute. Second, despite development, green open parks in a growing region like this are less than I had anticipated. Also, though generally safe, some local routes are badly lighted at night and I am somewhat hesitant to walk after dark.
