    Choosing to reside in Wakad was the wisest move I made. Being Pune's leading IT corridor sets it apart. Its great closeness to the Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park in Hinjewadi is the main USP. Working locally warrants the somewhat steep rental prices. The Mumbai Highway offers great connectivity; the suggested Metro Line 3 would improve access even further with Wakad Chowk as a main hub. Nearby are Xion Mall and Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital, among other excellent choices; the general neighbourhood is really secure. But there is a recurring difficulty with insufficient water supply and air pollution problems that the local authorities urgently need to solve.

The region is usually secure and has excellent rental yields from high demand. Maintaining the liveability index requires our urgent attention to the bad water supply problems and overall air pollution issues.

    This amazing place appealed to me when I purchased my house there for its excellent connectivity, modern infrastructure, and proximity to major business centres and lifestyle conveniences. I am certain about value and comfort given the future subway expansion and broad roadways. Being back home in minimal time after stepping outside for a fast shopping excursion or café visit is my most loved element. More green open areas inside the residential developments and more constant water supply throughout peak summers are two little things I would like to see changed. Still, I really advise Wakad as a place to live and invest.

    Positives: As an owner, Wakad is the perfect spot for me since I am right next to Hinjewadi IT Park, which offers excellent work convenience. Nearby, excellent schools like EuroSchool and hospitals such Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital have fostered the development of the area. Especially with the Mumbai Highway and the planned Metro line raising future value, we have excellent connectivity.

    Negatives: Many times our water supply is insufficient, something that worries people very much. Some inner lane roads still have obvious potholes requiring faster maintenance. Finally, local authorities have to deal with the pollution levels, which are sometimes an issue owing to the surrounding industrial activity.

    Positives: Since it was just adjacent to the Hinjewadi IT Park, Wakad was perfect for me because my daily trip was quite simple. Compared to neighboring Baner, this seemed like a young, energetic, and extremely varied neighborhood with inexpensive housing. Essential amenities were great. Nearby we had a number of wonderful establishments including Snbp International School and Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital. The proposed Metro Line 3 offered better future connectivity. For working professionals, it was a pleasant and practical location.

    Negatives: Inadequate water supply in the neighborhood sometimes created issues and forced people to depend on water tankers. Because of the region's dense growth and near industrial zones, air pollution was quite apparent.

    Positives: Living in Wakad for several years, I have really seen it change. Sitting next to the Mumbai Highway, our neighbourhood is very connected. The future Metro Line 3 from Hinjewadi to Civil Court offers amazing public transportation. Nearby high-quality schools such Akshara International, Lifepoint Hospital, and Xion Mall shopping available. Its location close to Hinjewadi IT Park makes it the perfect place to live. I adore the green pockets we still have and feel quite secure here. It's a lovely, welcoming neighbourhood I strongly advise.

    Negatives: Every day, we fight traffic gridlock around Bhumkar Chowk during peak hour. Moreover, we continue to struggle with subpar, dependable water supply requiring a permanent resolution.

    Positives: I liked Wakad's contemporary atmosphere right away when I moved here some months ago. With immediate access to adjacent centres like Hinjewadi and Bane,r as well as great road connections via the Mumbai–Pune Expressway (NH-48), it is well situated. Malls are not far; nearby are schools like Wisdom World School and hospitals like Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital. The rental prices are fair for what you get, and the lifestyle connects well with my IT job, so I am at ease here. When traffic is low, my favourite time is evening walks following work.

    Negatives: Two items, I must say, could use some work. Although public transportation alternatives seem restricted, some peak hour traffic along the main road grows infuriating. I would advise this area generally.

    The only off thing about Wakad is its water issue. The locality has seen a water scarcity crisis many times in the past few years. Moreover, water logging problems during the peak rainy season create challenges in traffic bottlenecks. But the locality is very well planned and is perfect for a comfortable and peaceful family residential area with all conveniences at its disposal.

Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges.     Positives: My working years were spent at Wakad, which was ideally suited for an IT professional such as me. Living there seemed dynamic because to my great nearness to Hinjewadi Infotech Park, therefore simplifying my daily travel. Additionally, good future development was guaranteed by the connectivity along the Mumbai Highway and the planned Metro project.

    Negatives: But the fast growth stretched the already overburdened municipal infrastructure, so making living difficult occasionally. Wakad still has to quickly alleviate traffic, fix the ongoing insufficient water supply and quality, lower air pollution from nearby sources, and repair the ubiquitous potholes on the internal roadways.
