I have great colleges nearby, simple metro access, corporate offices etc. Weekends are spent at parks with family as well as at the beach. Though I adore this location, parking problems and noise have to be addressed quickly.

Andheri West offers strong demand and quick transactions. Since I see great metro, road and rail access, I make it a top priority. Families should benefit from it given schools and safety. Zenith, Lifeline, and many other hospitals are easy to reach, along with many schools and colleges. And who can forget the appeal of watching sunsets at the lovely Aksa and Marve Beaches nearby? The Liberty Garden is also ideal for taking a stroll. The only problem I discovered here was the waterlogging in the monsoon and the constant traffic congestion.

The coastline is accessible via the Marve Beach, which is accessible within 12-15 minutes by car. I love going here and watching the sunset or sunrise, whenever I can. Also, if you’re up for it, then the Juhu Beach is about half an hour away by car. The social amenities here are pretty decent, and the flat prices are still doable for many people, unlike some other Mumbai localities. The only thing I can say is that traffic congestion is something that the local authorities need to work on. The rest is absolutely fine.
