I work here daily, and my experiences show steady demand in this locality. Sector 57 is great for Golf Course Extension Road access. The HUDA City Centre Metro, buses, and cabs are a major plus. I note schools like Scottish High and Artemis Hospital are nearby. I recommend a safe investment. I warn about traffic load and limited parking.

Sector 57 is unique for its upscale builder floors near Golf Course Extension Road. I easily travel with Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Having Artemis Hospital and Hong Kong Bazaar nearby is fantastic for my family's needs. However, I faced poor internal road maintenance and waterlogging in this area.

I pay 35k rent for my house, which is quite acceptable. Sector 57 is unique with its modern low-rise houses. I love the high rental demand here. My favourite hangout spot is Sapphire 57 Mall. It is amazing. I just wish the locality had more dedicated parking and cleaner service lanes.

Here my house is mine and my experiences are excellent. I daily take the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. Families should consider this safe zone. My favourite feature is the closeness to Hong Kong Bazaar. I dislike the broken internal access roads and the regular power outages, nevertheless.

I recommend this location since W Pratiksha Hospital and Lotus Valley International School are so near. Even late at night, I feel absolutely secure for the ladies in my house. My children would find ideal play in the local parks, which have plenty of trees. With amazing rental income, my investment is thriving. In the interior blocks, though, I believe we need better street lights and road maintenance. Truly, the ideal place for a tranquil urban existence is here.

Positives: I live in Sector 57, and I feel comfortable and stable in this area. I feel happy here because the area boasts strong civic infrastructure. I use the HUDA City Centre Metro.

Negatives: The traffic during peak hours is really troublesome for me. Also, we need better road maintenance.

Positives: I stay here shortly for work. Sector 57 is near the Golf Course Extension office. I visit Artemis Hospital when needed. I feel rent suits my work stay. I feel night stay mostly safe here.

Negatives: However, I face parking issues, traffic congestion, and water timing gaps in this area.

Negatives: I am disappointed about the internal road width. I complain about the traffic rush every time. I think regular waste collection can be improved.

Positives: Sector 57 is a decent locality, in my experience. The Rapid Metro connects us to the Delhi Metro at Sikanderpur. I find the rent is justified for this prime area. Connectivity to CK Birla Hospital and Ardee Mall is very convenient.

Negatives: I suggest better waste management. I dislike the high noise levels and frequent power cuts here.
