I will strongly recommend to all families. It's the location which is a standout, near the airport and many other business hubs. In fact, Devanahalli Business Park is also nearby. What is also great are the lifestyle amenities and the township experience.

I like the project for its location and the complete range of facilities. The range of housings and fine quality of construction make it a good choice for investors.

First thing was that in-laws stay just beyond the airport. So we had to be close to them. Second point was the affordable price for my budget at least. Third point was the huge campus with the township amenities. Last point was flexible payment option which works for me.

Devanahalli everyone is saying that it is next big thing. So many projects here but I finally went with Embassy since it's a big name. They will give quality I think and their apartment layouts are of many types. I got the perfect size of flat without having to pay more and go for a bigger one.

Very good payment plan of developer. They are very understanding. Also, Embassy school is itself nearby, which is good option if I wish to start family later on. The area site is big and living in township will be a nice experience I feel.

When entered project site, two manmade lakes got attention. Offering peaceful living and pricing is also competitive for upcoming location. I liked the access to airport which is the main USP. Multiple apartment options and found one to suit my needs.

The tranquil atmosphere, accompanied by world-class amenities is great. The gymnasium and swimming pool make great ambiance.

The connectivity of the project to basic facilities and highways only makes it desirable.

The possession date is quite distant, set for December 2030. It is a disappointment.

Although the project has good facilities, the price appears to be a little high when compared to other projects in the area.
