Bren EdgeWaters 3 Bedroom 1418 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Kasavanahalli Bangalore

First I will say that it has become near impossible to find an affordable andspacious home in Bangalore these days. Unless you’re willing to spend morethan 2 Cr, most of the homes are small apartments that come without anyfeatures.

That is why I really love Edgewaters as it provides you adequately spacedrooms at very reasonable costs. My 2bhk apartment is actually under what Ithought it would cost. It also has 821 sq. ft. of space which is very handy formy bookshelves.

A little problem I have is that it is over 3KM away from any roads, so thatmeans adding about 10 minutes to your daily drive. Me and my wife love thesimple design of the apartment, especially the large windows placed in theliving room that lets in enough sunlight for us to not require lights.

The lights are off-white and very soft overhead LEDs, though, so they are bothenergy efficient and not harsh. It also really helps that there’s a generator forpower backup so we don’t have to spend hours sitting without electricity.

The clubhouse is small but cozy. A lot of the tenants spend their eveningsthere chatting so we head down there a lot when we’re free for the evening.We do not really use them but it’s also nice that Edgewaters has lots of sportsfacilities. There’s a gym, swimming pool, kids’ pool, basketball court, cricketarea, and even tennis courts on the massive grounds. Overall I am definitelyhappy with the place.
