Very bustling neighborhood right outside the society with a local market that includes a salon, medical shop, mandir, etc. The internal road and main gate entry are likewise quite roomy. There are many benefits that exist in the vicinity of Sector 82 where the project is located. An RRTS metro station will soon be built close to Kherki Daula. The toll will also be moved farther out of the city. Within 4 kilometres, there is an I SBT that will pass quite close to Gurgaon Global City. One of New Gurgaon's greatest communities in terms of setting and design. There are plenty of gardens, ample space for rooms, excellent security, and no problems with power or water. The upkeep, which has lately been taken care of, is the only drawback I could see throughout my time in the community. Apart from that, everything runs smoothly. Plaster flaking off in all directions. It has frequently fallen off, giving inhabitants a limited escape route. Neglecting routine fumigation and pest treatment. Rats, ants, and other insects abound in common locations.
