My experiences show strong end-user demand in Sector 45. The locality has green sectors, low-rise housing, and smooth road access. I suggest the Botanical Garden Metro and the Sector 46 Market for clients. I also recommend Amity International School and Kailash Hospital. But the area has limited shopping zones and peak-hour traffic needing upgrades.

I love Sector 45 for its luxury high-rises. The Botanical Garden Metro is really helpful for commuting. Having Shanti Hospital and DLF Mall of India nearby is a blessing. The local parks offer decent greenery near my office hub. However, severe waterlogging and limited public parking are terrible.

I really think Sector 45 is beautiful with its skyline views. I love hanging out at the local cafes and Sector 18 markets. My experiences with the metro are very convenient. I pay 25k rent here. I just wish we had better waste management and wider footpaths here.

I adore my life in Sector 45, Noida, since the surroundings are rather energetic. Being close to my work and local parks delights me. For kids with close-by coaching, I find it quite practical. But slow garbage collection in my lane and intense evening traffic present issues for me.

For families with nearby parks and schools, I see it as safe. For better living, metro distance as well as evening traffic have to be addressed.

I am so thrilled to live in Sector 45. My view is that the primary benefit here is having a position close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. For me as a renter, the great proximity to my Sector 125 office is the most helpful thing. For transportation, I use the Botanical Garden Metro Station, the primary center for both the Blue and Magenta lines. For health requirements and proximity to Amity University, Prayag Hospital is recommended. Regarding safety and the vegetation in Dr Ambedkar Park, my personal experience has been extremely favourable. Given the prime location, my sense is that the rent is rather reasonable. But the dusty air from nearby construction bothers me. At night, internal road lighting needs upgrading most prominently.

Sector 45 is the ideal central location for working people in Noida. Being directly on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway provides a great advantage for travel. My recommendations always emphasize the close proximity to the metro stops of the Botanical Garden and Golf Course. I see people living near Shanti Hospital receiving dependable treatment and attending elite institutions like Amity International. Due to well-secured gated neighborhoods like Prateek Stylome, I believe the area to be rather safe for women at night. The local parks and Okhla Bird Sanctuary's greenery appeal me so much. I see a high rental return for my investors here. Seasonal waterlogging and peak-hour congestion at crossings, though, really have to be addressed.

Living in Sector 45 appeals to me since it seems like Noida's centre with everything nearby. My experience is fantastic; the Noida Expressway and the Botanical Garden Metro allow my office trip to be extremely rapid. Because Amity International School and Prayag Hospital are only a few minutes apart, I recommend this spot for families. Because Prateek Stylome and other gated communities provide rigorous security, I feel quite secure for women late here. My evening strolls are made ideal by the vegetation in Dr. Ambedkar Park. But I believe we must have faster improvements for the monsoon waterlogging and more hygiene on the Sadarpur village side. Living here provides the ideal equilibrium between urban life and comfort.

Positives: I stay in this locality mainly because of my job. I use the metro and cabs comfortably. I spend my weekends at the golf course greens. I feel the rent is reasonable here.

Negatives: I face slow autos and dark inner roads. Also, night safety feels quiet but cautious.

Positives: I live here with my family. We feel peaceful and secure here. I see a steady rental yield due to office connectivity. I enjoy family walks near the golf course roads. We use the metro and buses easily.

Negatives: I have complained about street lighting gaps. Also, there is a very limited nearby mall.

Positives: I have many positive and negative feelings about this sector. The small local parks are good. I find the rent affordable compared to South Delhi. Connectivity to Amity and Logix Mall is convenient.

Negatives: However, daily traffic jams and poor drainage really bother us. I suggest better upkeep of local parks.

Positives: I chose Sector 45 to stay close to my office at Sector 126. I had good experiences with the wide roads. I loved the lively Sadarpur market and visiting the Okhla Bird Sanctuary. Being near the GIP Mall was a highlight.

Negatives: I faced poor street lighting and unhygienic surroundings here.

Positives: The cost here feels excessive. Living close to Prayag Hospital and the Sector 62 office hub, my real experiences are passable. The area is quite energetic.

Negatives: Low water pressure, poor building maintenance, and excessively large monthly power bills are problems I have with this area, though.

Positives: I am employed in Sector 45, and I appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Near offices, schools, and clinics help to simplify daily life. Good neighbors and neat streets help me to feel secure.

Negatives: Walkable metro access, vast malls inside the neighborhood, and improved drainage throughout storms that slow travel a lot here are missed.
