The property prices here are always on the upper side considering everything is available so conveniently. The markets are very nearby and there are many shops and supermarkets. There is good parking space for society members and visitors. The roads are well maintained. The best schools and colleges offering quality education are present in the area. Well renowned hospitals and banks are also there. There is hardly any problem of power cuts or water supply. The parks nearby are well maintained and the area is very hygenic and always kept clean. There is frequent patrolling done by the police making this area safe. Hence a private vehicle or cab will be required to commute if you want to use a public transportation. There is a huge traffic during the peak hours and hence commuting is time consuming. There is also no metro connectivity nearby and it takes almost thirty minutes by vehicle to reach the metro station.
