In Ahad Opus, I had to make choices among flats rangingfrom 75 Lac to 1.19 Cr. I find, that around 1000 sq ft flatshere are enough for my family. It is possible due to AhadOpus’s elegant modern engineering.

Ahad Opus is just near to Marathahalli and Koramangala, Forthis reason, I think it will provide good value for money. Iam saying this also because the project is just 100 metersaway from Sarjapur road. The project has more than 230units.

According to me, the best part of Ahad Opus is it offers ahost of lifestyle amenities like a gym, a spa, and aswimming pool. The place is also connected to Outer RingRoad. Hence, I don't have to worry about connectivity.

According to me, good connectivity to the key IT clusterareas like Whitefield is the biggest plus point for Ahad Opus.2BHK-3BHK apartments ranging from 1048 sqft to 1657sqft. are sufficient for modern living style. My children lovethe project for having a good playing area for them.

Ahad Opus seemed appropriate for us due to its maximumopen space with panoramic views. The amenities are alsotoo good. The connectivity is 7.9 which is higher than otherprojects near Sarjapur Road. I enjoy a plethora of lifestyleamenities here.
