After visiting Park Avenue in HSR and East Point in Kadubeesanahalli, I had a strong affection for Assetz, and eventually I purchased one for myself as well. Their building method is distinctive, particularly with regard to ventilation and efficient use of space, as evidenced by the tucked-in wardrobes that free up more space for carpet. Only utility area must have a partition (maybe a door in between) from kitchen is my one recommendation.

In terms of specifications, floor plans, documentation, the loan process, and other services, I think this is a terrific bargain. If I find any problems with Assetz, I'll update my review. The neighborhood is a little quiet, but that the only negative thing?I never felt in any danger.

Excellent asset from Assetz; there are just 394 apartments on 7.5 acres, which eases traffic. Excellent floor plan: after visiting about 25 projects, I am determined that this one was the best fit, both financially and in terms of design. I got assistance from the sales agent for all of my issues. Though not in a busy area, the location is nonetheless well-connected. I'm excited to soon be a property owner.

An earlier planned CDP road may travel through the planned region, according to a stipulation.
